How do you experience switching?

This is a complex of several questions: how do you switch, what does switching feel like (physically and mentally), does it differ between different members, and how would you describe your process of switching in your own words?

For us it's like becoming someone else, for lack of better phrasing. With Susie or Mozzarella it's pretty quick and usually voluntary, between the Deltas it's more gradual and involuntary, and can be delayed if someone really wants to stay in front. Something interesting is that the Deltas specifically switch every few months - usually a time span of around 4 months in particular, for.. some reason. The feeling of becoming someone else is universal though, that's for sure.
